I was happy to order this generator from a Canadian Company, Crossfire Welders. I was hoping to find one totally made in North America but that is hard to find.
It arrived well packaged and on time. Note that you may need to pay part of the shipping extra depending upon where you live.
I assembled the unit easily, filled it with supplied oil (it took a little extra) , connected the battery, hooked up the propane , turned it on , hit the remote and away it went. Beautiful. I watched as the choke automatically closed to start. I also tried the remote at one hundred feet through a wall and it worked fine (although I needed to go to twenty feet to shut it down.) I chose this unit with electric start and remote so that anyone in the house could start it and am very pleased.
We decided to purchase this generator to supply our house in emergency. I like the dual fuel as when our rural location power goes down so does the gas stations all around but we have our large propane bullet. Came crated very well. Even came with a funnel to add the supplied oil to the engine. Crossfire Welders were great to deal with.
