Shipping Policy
Crossfire Welders ships a wide range of products, including small parts, welding accessories, generators, pressure washers, welders, and larger equipment. Shipping methods and costs may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and product type.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, promotional events, supplier delays, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be longer.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, order size, shipping destination, and available carrier options.
Some items may qualify for free or prepaid shipping when specifically stated on the product page, quote, invoice, or promotional material.
For large equipment, generators, welders, pressure washers, bulk orders, or oversized items, shipping may require a custom freight quote.
Small Parcel Shipping
Small items such as parts, accessories, consumables, and select compact products may ship by standard parcel carrier.
Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has shipped.
Freight and Large Equipment Shipping
Large or heavy items, including but not limited to generators, welders, pressure washers, and industrial equipment, may ship by freight carrier.
Freight deliveries may require:
A commercial delivery address where possible.
A loading dock or forklift for some shipments.
An appointment or delivery coordination with the carrier.
Someone available to receive and inspect the shipment.
Residential delivery, tailgate service, remote delivery, or limited-access delivery may result in additional charges.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location, carrier, product availability, and shipping method.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Crossfire Welders is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, road conditions, customs delays, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Crossfire Welders is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Receiving Freight Shipments
For freight deliveries, customers must inspect the shipment before signing for it.
If there is visible damage, shortage, or signs of mishandling, please note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us as soon as possible.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please keep all packaging materials and contact us promptly with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Failure to report freight damage in a timely manner may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If pickup is available, we will contact you with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
Orders must not be picked up until confirmation has been provided.
Backorders and Special Orders
If an item is out of stock, backordered, discontinued, or requires special ordering, we will contact you with available options.
Some products may ship directly from a supplier or warehouse location.
Remote or Rural Delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote, rural, northern, or hard-to-service areas. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before the order is shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select products. Additional duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or import costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
