The Miller Bobcat 265 ArcReach is a compact engine-driven welder/generator designed for maintenance, repair, work trucks, farm and ranch use, fabrication and structural steel applications. Stock number 907826001 is the Rehlko gasoline model with GFCI receptacles, remote start/stop and ArcReach technology.

The Bobcat 265 provides a 20–265 amp CC output range for Stick and DC TIG welding and a 14–30 volt CV range for MIG and flux-cored welding with a compatible wire feeder. Both CC and CV processes are rated at 265 amps at 27 volts at 100% duty cycle.

Auxiliary power is rated at 11,000 watts peak and 9,500 watts continuous, with 120/240V single-phase generator output. The Rehlko CH730 gasoline engine is rated at 23.5 hp at 3,600 rpm and uses an 11-gallon fuel tank.

ArcReach technology allows welding parameters to be controlled from a compatible feeder or stick/TIG remote through the existing weld cable, eliminating the need for a separate control cord. The integrated 10-pin spool-gun connection supports compatible Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns for aluminum welding.

Additional features include an easy-to-use digital interface, Auto-Set technology, remote engine start/stop, separate weld and auxiliary power, predictive maintenance information, USB data access, and direct spool-gun connectivity. The machine also supports air carbon arc cutting and gouging with 3/16 in. carbons and can power compatible Spectrum plasma cutters from its auxiliary output.
