The Lincoln Electric Flextec 350XP is a heavy-duty multiprocess welding power source designed for fabrication, construction, shipbuilding, structural and pipe applications. The K4272-2 configuration uses Tweco-style welding output connections and is built for fixed 380–575V three-phase input power.

The Flextec 350XP supports Stick, TIG, MIG, pulsed MIG, flux-cored and air carbon arc gouging. Pulsed MIG capability is available when the machine is paired with a compatible ArcLink digital wire feeder.

Rated output is 350 amps at 60% duty cycle and 300 amps at 100% duty cycle. The overall output range is 5–425 amps with a maximum open-circuit voltage of 80V DC.

CrossLinc technology allows compatible feeders and remotes to control output at the arc through the weld cables without an additional control cable. The XP model also includes 42V analog feeder compatibility, ArcLink digital feeder support, Touch-Start TIG, adjustable Hot Start and Arc Control.

The Flextec 350XP is IP23 rated, Desert Duty rated for operation in temperatures up to 55°C, and uses trayed and potted PC boards plus variable-speed cooling fans for harsh industrial environments.
