The Lincoln Electric FlexCut 65 is a professional 65-amp plasma cutting system designed for construction, general fabrication, automation, maintenance and repair. The K5825-H Handheld Ready-Pak combines high cutting capacity with flexible single- or three-phase input power and Lincoln Electric’s FlexConnect torch system.

The FlexCut 65 operates from 200–240V single-phase or 200–600V three-phase input power. Output ranges from 20–65 amps, with rated performance of 65 amps at 50% duty cycle, 60 amps at 60% duty cycle and 46 amps at 100% duty cycle.

On mild steel, Lincoln Electric rates the machine for a recommended 3/4 in. cut, a maximum 1 in. cut and a 1-1/4 in. severance. The system supports drag cutting, grid cutting, mechanized cutting, extended cutting, precision cutting, gouging and marking.

Built-in CNC ports support plug-and-play mechanized integration, while the LCD interface provides guided process selection. The FlexConnect torch system allows compatible torch heads and cables to be changed quickly for handheld or mechanized applications.
