The ESAB Cutmaster 50+ is a portable manual plasma cutting system designed for industrial and general fabrication, light fabrication, production, automotive, agricultural equipment, HVAC, repair and maintenance, pipeline work and training applications.

The 1-5000-1 North American package operates from 120–240V single-phase input power and provides a continuously adjustable 15–50 amp output range. On 240V input, the machine is rated at 50 amps at 50% duty cycle and 30 amps at 100% duty cycle. On 120V input, it is rated at 25 amps at 40% duty cycle and 16 amps at 100% duty cycle.

Cutting performance includes a 5/8 in. pierce capacity, 1 in. cutting capacity at 8 IPM and 1-1/4 in. maximum severance at 4 IPM. A 4.3-inch TFT LCD with glove-friendly adjustment provides clear operating control, while normal and grate cutting modes, post-cut air purge and CNC connectivity expand the machine’s usefulness beyond basic hand cutting.

The included SL60 1Torch features 2T/4T trigger operation, a safety trigger lock and double-tap trigger function for conserving bottled air. The Cutmaster 50+ is also compatible with ATC torch connections for alternate manual and mechanized torch configurations.
