These products are typically non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but may not be as effective as ceramic anti-spatter in high-heat welding applications.

3. Surfactant Anti-Spatter: Surfactant anti-spatter contains surfactants, which are chemicals that reduce the surface tension of a liquid. When applied to welding equipment or workpieces, surfactant anti-spatter forms a thin film that prevents spatter from sticking to surfaces. Surfactant anti-spatter products are often used as a cost-effective solution for preventing spatter buildup, but may not provide as long-lasting protection as ceramic anti-spatter.
