🔧 Celebrating 15 Years of Crossfire Welding Machines in Canada
This year marks a major milestone—15 years since Crossfire welding machines first entered the Canadian market. What started as a small initiative has grown into a trusted name across job sites, fabrication shops, training programs, and tool rooms nationwide.
The Beginning: Built for Canadian Welders
Back in 2009, we saw a gap in the market.
Canadian welders, fabricators, and trades professionals needed reliable equipment that didn’t come with the inflated price tag of legacy brands. The market was (and still is) dominated by the big red and blue machines—well-built, yes—but often out of reach for small businesses, independent welders, and training programs working within a budget.
That’s when we launched Crossfire—a line of welding machines designed to deliver practical performance, smart features, and industrial reliability without the premium price tag.
The goal was simple:
👉 Provide Canadian welders with a more affordable path to professional-grade results.
Whether it was MIG, TIG, Stick, or later, plasma cutting and multi-process units, Crossfire machines were designed to do the job right—without draining your wallet.
Growing With the Trades
Over the last 15 years, we’ve listened, adapted, and expanded.
From simple MIG machines to advanced cobot welding systems and handheld fiber laser welders, Crossfire has evolved alongside the trades we serve. We’ve helped local shops modernize, supported schools with hands-on training tools, and worked with distributors across the country to get quality equipment into the hands of the people who need it most.
All while staying true to our core mission: reliable welding equipment at a fair price—built for the real-world needs of Canadian fabricators.
