Super MIG 70 supply options
Both formats use Crossfire Super MIG 70 ER70S-6. The difference is how much wire your operation consumes and how often you want to handle package changes.

Production wire conversion
Higher-volume operations can lose productive time to repeated package changes, handling and poorly planned feed paths. Crossfire can assess the current setup and determine whether a different package or wire-delivery approach makes sense.
Review wire type, package size, monthly consumption, weld-cell count, changeover frequency, feeder location and current production constraints.
Determine whether 20 kg spools, skid supply or bulk drums make sense, then plan the package, feed path and supporting wire-delivery components around the cell.
Support the selected Super MIG 70 format, implementation requirements and recurring supply so the purchasing model matches actual production demand.
Why evaluate the delivery process?
In higher-consumption environments, package changes, handling and feed-path problems can become part of the production cost. A bulk-wire conversion only makes sense when the operating conditions support it.
Actual savings depend on consumption, changeover time, labour, cell layout and final delivery-system design. Crossfire can assess those factors before recommending a conversion.
