Crossfire has strong TIG consumable depth today. Use the process below to move from the machine into the torch, consumables, filler metal and supporting accessories required to make the setup actually work.
Match the torch
Select the torch family and cooling approach appropriate to the machine, amperage and working environment.
Build the consumable setup
Collets, collet bodies, cups, gas-lens components and related TIG consumables should match the torch and application.
Select filler metal
Match filler rod to the base material, joint and welding requirement instead of treating rod selection as an afterthought.
Finish the supporting setup
Confirm shielding gas, flow control, cooling needs, cable management and the accessories required to keep the TIG process stable and usable.
Shop the TIG system by component
Shop the pieces individually, or use Crossfire's welding-system support when compatibility, process setup or a complete package needs to be reviewed.
