I was happy to order this generator from a Canadian Company, Crossfire Welders. I was hoping to find one totally made in North America but that is hard to find.
It arrived well packaged and on time. Note that you may need to pay part of the shipping extra depending upon where you live.
I assembled the unit easily, filled it with supplied oil (it took a little extra) , connected the battery, hooked up the propane , turned it on , hit the remote and away it went. Beautiful. I watched as the choke automatically closed to start. I also tried the remote at one hundred feet through a wall and it worked fine (although I needed to go to twenty feet to shut it down.) I chose this unit with electric start and remote so that anyone in the house could start it and am very pleased.

Amazing experience from ordering to receiving my generator. Took 15 minutes after unceasing, to get it fired up and tested. Runs great, voltage output is accurate. I wasn't prepared for hurricane Fiona, but I'm ready for the next one.
From the time I ordered it and had it delivered in Cape Breton was a week. I was able to get updates as to delivery status.

very glad to bought this generator to replace my old one. I'm using it to charge my battery bank of my off-grid house. I love the remote control, can start and stop it without having to go outside.
I tested it with propane and it works very well, quiet and efficient as I expected

Bought this generator a week ago from Cross Welders in the Toronto area. Doing business with them was great they were very helpful and efficient, we received shipping the next day. The dual gas feature is super, we ran it with propane it will most likely be our preferred fuel. The start fob is a very nice feature. We purchased as an emergency back up. Now fingers crossed we don't need to use to often but if you do we know we can cover all our essentials in the home.
