The ESAB Renegade VOLT EMP 200i is a portable cordless multiprocess welder designed for field repair, maintenance and remote work. It can operate from DeWALT FLEXVOLT batteries, 120/230V AC mains power, or ESAB's AMP+ hybrid mode.

The machine supports Stick, Live TIG, MIG and flux-cored welding. Maximum output is 200A on 230V AC mains and up to 150A on battery power. AMP+ mode supplements AC input with battery power to increase available welding output or reduce nuisance breaker trips on smaller circuits.

For wire welding, the Renegade VOLT EMP supports an optional Tweco spool gun for MIG and flux-cored applications, including aluminum welding. The standard package includes four DeWALT FLEXVOLT 20V/60V 12Ah batteries, a four-port fast charger, detachable battery box, electrode holder, ground clamp and shoulder strap.

The compact IP23-rated power source uses a TFT LCD interface with live battery-life and arc-time information, adjustable arc force and hot start, a 6010 mode and ten programmable memory settings.
