The ESAB RobustFeed AVS is a durable portable voltage-sensing wire feeder designed for use with compatible constant-voltage or constant-current welding power sources. Product number 0446700882 is the Tweco-connector version without the optional gas flow meter.

The feeder operates from 14–100 VDC welding-circuit voltage and is rated at 500 amps at 40% duty cycle, 450 amps at 60% and 350 amps at 100%. Wire feed speed is adjustable from 51–984 IPM.

The quick-change four-roll drive system handles mild steel, stainless steel, flux-cored and aluminum wire. Maximum spool diameter is 12 inches with a 44 lb spool capacity.

An enclosed weather-resistant housing, internal LED lighting, digital voltage and wire-feed-speed display, 2T/4T trigger modes, gas purge/inching, creep start and CC/CV mode support demanding field applications.
