The Lincoln Electric Square Wave 205 is a compact AC/DC TIG and Stick welding system designed for home, hobby, shop, light fabrication, aviation, motorsports, maker and education applications. It combines aluminum-capable AC TIG, DC TIG for steel and stainless, and dedicated Stick modes in a portable 36 lb. package.

The machine operates from either 120V or 230V single-phase input power. On 230V input it provides up to 205 amps for TIG, up to 170 amps for DC Stick and up to 140 amps for AC Stick. On 120V input, TIG output reaches 125 amps, DC Stick reaches 90 amps and AC Stick reaches 70 amps.

A 4.3-inch colour LCD provides an intuitive digital interface for setup and adjustment. Advanced TIG controls include pulse, AC frequency and AC balance, while dedicated E6010 and E7018 Stick modes provide process-specific arc characteristics.

The K5613-1 package includes the Square Wave 205 power source, Caliber 17 TIG torch Ready-Pak, Foot Amptrol, gas regulator/flowmeter and hose, Stick electrode holder, ground clamp and cable, 120V and 230V input adapters, and a TIG torch expendables kit.
