Description
Miller Auto Deltaweld 500 Automated MIG Welder – 575V
907864
The Miller Auto Deltaweld 500 is an automated MIG welding power source designed for cobot and traditional robotic integration. Stock number 907864 is the 575V, three-phase Auto Deltaweld 500 configured for direct communication with Modbus TCP or EtherNet/IP robot controllers.
The Auto Deltaweld 500 provides a 30–650 amp output range and 10–44 volt operating range. Rated output is 500 amps at 39 VDC at 100% duty cycle, with 575 amps at 42.75 VDC at 60% duty cycle and 650 amps at 44 VDC at 25% duty cycle.
Supported welding processes include standard MIG, flux-cored, metal-cored, Accu-Pulse MIG, RMD, Versa-Pulse, high-deposition MIG and Profile Pulse. This range of processes gives integrators options for high deposition, low heat input, gap handling, lower spatter and higher travel speeds depending on the application.
Integration features include ArcConnect high-speed communication, Modbus TCP and EtherNet/IP connectivity, a built-in webpage interface for setup and troubleshooting, USB access for software updates and fault information, and status LEDs for communication and connectivity. Fan-On-Demand and Wind Tunnel Technology help reduce airborne contamination and improve power-source reliability.
A standard 115V auxiliary circuit provides up to 15 amps of circuit-breaker-protected power. The power source is CSA certified to Canadian and U.S. standards and is intended to be paired with a compatible Auto Deltaweld wire drive, robotic MIG torch and integration cables selected for the automation system.
