The Miller SuitCase 12RC is a portable remote-control wire feeder built for demanding industrial MIG and flux-cored welding applications. Stock number 951599001 is the preflow/postflow package with trigger hold, lift eye, drive rolls and a Bernard BTB 300A MIG gun with AccuLock consumables.

The feeder operates from 24 VAC, 10 amp, 50/60 Hz control power and is designed for use with constant-voltage DC welding power sources. It provides a 50–700 IPM wire-feed-speed range and accepts solid wire from .023–.052 in. and flux-cored wire from .030–5/64 in.

The SuitCase 12RC is rated for a 425 amp welding circuit at 60% duty cycle. A 12 in. spool capacity supports up to 45 lb. of wire. Its impact-resistant polypropylene enclosure protects internal components and welding wire from moisture, dust and other jobsite contaminants.

Remote voltage control allows welding parameters to be adjusted at the feeder when used with a compatible power source and control cord. SunVision digital meters display voltage, wire-feed speed and amperage, while front-panel trigger hold and internal jog/purge controls simplify operation in the field.

Stock number 951599001 adds adjustable preflow, postflow and burnback settings configured using internal DIP switches. The package also includes a lift eye for suspending the feeder over the work area and a Bernard BTB 300A MIG gun with AccuLock consumables.
