The Thermacut 220816-UR is an 85-amp replacement nozzle suitable for use with compatible Hypertherm Powermax 85 plasma cutting systems and Duramax-style mechanized or hand torch consumable configurations.
This nozzle directs and constricts the plasma arc during 85A cutting. It must be used with the correct shield for the intended application:
• 220817-UR machine shield for mechanized cutting
• 220818-UR hand shield for manual cutting
Compatible consumable components must be selected according to the torch type, cutting process and amperage being used.
