The Thermacut 220817-UR is a replacement machine shield suitable for mechanized plasma cutting with compatible Hypertherm Powermax 65 and Powermax 85 systems.
Designed for 45A, 65A and 85A machine-cutting applications, the shield protects the nozzle and helps maintain the correct operating distance between the torch and workpiece. It is intended for mechanized torch configurations and should not be substituted for a hand-cutting shield.
For 85A mechanized cutting, this shield is used with the compatible 220816-UR nozzle and other correctly matched consumables.
