The ESAB Ruffian ES 150G is a compact gasoline engine-driven DC Stick welder and AC generator designed for repair and maintenance, agricultural equipment, light fabrication, civil construction and mobile field work.

Stick welding output is adjustable from 20 to 150 amps. Rated output is 150 amps at 26 volts at 60% duty cycle and 115 amps at 24.6 volts at 100% duty cycle. Adjustable Arc Force helps optimize the arc, particularly with E6010 electrodes.

The integrated single-phase generator provides 4.5 kW peak and 4.0 kW continuous auxiliary power at 120/240 VAC. Four 120V 20A GFCI receptacles and one 240V 6-50R receptacle are circuit-breaker protected.

The Ruffian ES 150G is powered by a Kohler Command PRO CH440 14 hp gasoline engine. A 5-gallon fuel tank, engine hour meter, thermal protection, industrial wheels and removable handles make it suitable for field use.
