Recommended Amperage Settings (DCEP ±20%):

• 3/32": 60 Amps
• 1/8": 100 Amps
• Use DC reverse polarity only (DCEP)

Welding Instructions:

• Clean weld area thoroughly
• Bevel material 1/8” or thicker
• Maintain a very short arc or drag technique
• Use stringer or weave beads
• Hold electrode nearly vertical
• Preheat heavy sections as needed
• Clean slag between passes with a stainless steel brush
