Polaris Arc Rods are engineered for structural steel, Cor-Ten, cast steel, and high-strength alloys. These low-hydrogen SMAW electrodes produce x-ray quality welds with superior strength and impact resistance — even at sub-zero temperatures.
Whether you're repairing boilers, vehicle frames, or heavy equipment, Polaris offers dependable performance in all positions, with minimal prep and outstanding ductility.
