Description

Polaris MIG Wire – .035" Copper-Flashed Alloy Wire for High-Strength Steel Welding (GMAW) - 2lb Spool

Product Description

High-strength, impact-resistant MIG welding for structural and alloy steels.
Polaris MIG .035" wire is a copper-flashed, manganese-silicon alloyed MIG wire containing molybdenum for added strength. Designed for low and medium carbon steels, low alloy steels, and problem steels—including sulphur-bearing materials—Polaris MIG excels in demanding applications where consistency, toughness, and weld quality are non-negotiable.

Capable of producing 100,000 psi strength welds with excellent out-of-position performance, Polaris MIG is trusted for pipe welding, structural fabrication, and agricultural equipment manufacturing.
