The Miller Venture 150 S is a compact battery-powered Stick and DC TIG welding machine designed for mobile repair, maintenance, construction and light industrial work where access to utility power is limited or inconvenient.

Powered by a removable 400 Wh battery pack engineered specifically for welding, the Venture 150 S provides up to 150 amps for Stick welding and up to 160 amps for DC TIG. The system weighs just 27 lb. and uses swappable battery packs, allowing operators to carry welding power directly to the job rather than relying on extension cords or engine-driven equipment.

For Stick welding, the Venture 150 S supports E6010 electrodes and includes Adaptive Hot Start, Stick-Stuck detection and selectable low open-circuit voltage functionality. For TIG welding, the S model uses Miller Lift-Arc starting.

The Venture 150 S is rated at 100% duty cycle at maximum output. Battery performance varies by welding process and amperage. Miller reports approximately 13.5 3/32-inch 7018 electrodes per charge at 80 amps and approximately 8.5 minutes of TIG arc time at 160 amps.

The standard 951000202 package includes the Venture 150 S power source, one 400 Wh battery pack, battery charger, electrode holder and cable, work cable and clamp, padded shoulder strap, and rubber bumpers/feet.
