Neptune MIG Wire – .035" Aluminum Welding Wire - DCEP Polarity - 1lb Spool
Precision aluminum MIG welding made easy.
Neptune MIG wire (.035" diameter) is engineered for high-strength, porosity-free aluminum welds across a wide range of structural and cast aluminum applications. With exceptional arc stability, clean flow characteristics, and excellent color match, Neptune MIG is ideal for truck bodies, marine fabrication, frames, doors, and more.
This wire provides 40,000 psi tensile strength with 27% elongation, and is suitable for use on aluminum sheets, extrusions, pipe, and castings. For optimal results, proper surface prep and gas selection are essential.
