We’ll help match power, reach, cooling and production rate to the right TECNA model.
Description
Description
HVAC Quick Fit — TECNA TE7915
The TE7915 package turns the 6 kVA pneumatic TECNA gun into a dedicated HVAC sheet-metal workstation. It is the best fit in this lineup for a shop that wants a fixed spot-welding station for recurring duct and fitting work without stepping all the way to a 25 or 50 kVA rocker-arm machine.
Good fit for
Production of collars, fittings, plenums, equipment cabinets, brackets and repetitive light sheet-metal assemblies.
Why choose it
Pneumatic clamping, water cooling and a fixed station that improves repeatability and operator workflow.
Move up when
You need deeper throat access, higher electrode force, larger assemblies or heavier production duty.
HVAC application note
A pedestal station is often the easiest choice when most parts can be brought to one welding position. If the workpiece is large or awkward to move, compare the suspended TE7913 or deeper-reach rocker-arm machines.

Where this TECNA model fits in an HVAC shop
Dedicated HVAC welding station
Shops that bring repeat parts to a fixed station. Resistance spot welding is strongest where overlapping sheet can be clamped from both sides and the joint only needs discrete welds rather than a continuous airtight seam.

You do not need to know the TECNA model. Gauge, material, part type, access, weld rate and available shop services are more useful than guessing at kVA.
24–26 ga galvanized • spin-in collars + square-to-round fittings • 50–100 welds/day • portable preferred • 230 V available • no water loop.
