Justin was excellent to deal with. I ordered the welding helmet for my teen son for Christmas - it was his number one wish. The box had been damaged by snow before it had left to be shipped to me and Justin called to explain that he didn’t want to send it out because he wanted it to come nicely packaged even though there was nothing wrong with the helmet. He went above and beyond to order a replacement and have it shipped to me in Alberta in time for Christmas.

Excellent service from Crossfire Welder’s they sent me an email to inform that the Westinghouse 10500W was on back order and proposed the Westinghouse 11500 generator that I wasn’t able to order as it was sold out but they received some units, I was able to order and the unit and it was delivered at my door the next day.
