The Miller Trailblazer 330 EFI is a professional engine-driven welder/generator built for fabrication, maintenance, repair, structural steel, sheet metal and pipe applications. Stock number 907832 is the base EFI model with a Rehlko ECH730 gasoline engine. It does not include the optional Excel Power package.

The Trailblazer 330 EFI provides a 20–330 amp CC output range for Stick and DC TIG welding and a 15–40 volt CV range for MIG and flux-cored welding with a compatible wire feeder. Rated output is 330 amps at 30 volts at 100% duty cycle for CC/DC Stick and TIG, and 325 amps at 30.25 volts at 100% duty cycle for CV/DC MIG and flux-cored welding.

The machine supports Stick, DC TIG, MIG, flux-cored and air carbon arc cutting and gouging. RMD welding is available when paired with an ArcReach Smart Feeder. A dedicated 10-pin spool-gun connection supports compatible Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns for aluminum welding without requiring an adapter.

Advanced Auto-Speed technology automatically varies engine speed to match welding and generator demand, helping reduce fuel use, noise and engine wear. Dynamic DIG provides adaptive arc control for Stick welding, while ArcReach technology allows compatible feeders and remotes to adjust parameters through the weld cable without a separate control cord.

The Rehlko ECH730 EFI engine is rated at 23 horsepower at 3,600 rpm and uses an 11-gallon fuel tank. Standard auxiliary power is rated at 12,000 watts peak and 10,500 watts continuous. The compact unit weighs 400 lb. without fuel and includes a standard lift eye for handling. Running gear, trailers, feeders, welding guns and remote controls are optional.
