The ESAB Renegade ES 300i is a compact industrial DC Stick and TIG welding power source built for construction, pipe work, repair and maintenance, heavy fabrication, mining, shipyards and general industrial welding. The machine combines up to 300 amps of output with a portable 33 lb. design for demanding field and shop environments.

The Renegade ES 300i operates from 230–460V single- or three-phase input power and automatically adapts to the connected supply. On three-phase power, output ranges from 5–300 amps. On single-phase power, output ranges from 5–200 amps.

Stick performance is rated at 300 amps at 40% duty cycle, 250 amps at 60% duty cycle and 200 amps at 100% duty cycle. TIG performance is rated at 300 amps at 60% duty cycle and 250 amps at 100% duty cycle.

The machine is designed for strong E6010 cellulosic electrode performance and includes adjustable Arc Force for tailoring arc characteristics. For DC TIG applications, the Renegade provides a broad 5–300 amp operating range on three-phase input. A digital interface with large controls improves visibility and setup, while integrated cable management and a three-handle design support jobsite portability.

The 0445100881 package includes the Renegade ES 300i power source, shoulder strap, 10 ft. input cable and two OKC 50 connectors. Electrode cable, work cable and TIG torch are sold separately.
