The ESAB Rebel EMP 215ic is a portable multiprocess welding system designed for light fabrication, repair and maintenance, automotive work, mechanical contractors, construction, agricultural equipment, HVAC and training applications. It combines MIG/MAG, flux-cored, Stick, DC Lift TIG and DC Pulse Lift TIG capability in a compact dual-voltage package.

The Rebel EMP 215ic operates from 120V or 230V single-phase input power. On 230V input it provides up to 235 amps for MIG/MAG, 180 amps for Stick and 200 amps for DC TIG. On 120V input, maximum output is 130 amps across MIG/MAG, Stick and TIG.

ESAB’s sMIG smart MIG technology continuously adapts to the operator’s welding technique to help maintain a stable short-arc transfer. The colour TFT interface provides clear process setup and access to machine information, while the five-handle roll-cage design and unibody steel construction are intended for demanding portable use.

The 0558102240 package is supplied ready for multiprocess welding with a Tweco Fusion 180 MIG gun, electrode holder, work lead, Victor flow gauge regulator, gas hose, 17V-style TIG torch with consumables, drive rolls, contact tips, sample MIG wire and a 230V-to-120V power adapter.
