The ESAB Warrior 500i CC/CV is a heavy-duty multiprocess welding power source designed for marine and offshore work, steel erection, structural fabrication, industrial manufacturing, hardfacing, maintenance, mobile equipment, pressure vessels and pipeline applications. Product number 0465350887 is the 575V pre-set, three-phase power-source-only configuration.

The Warrior 500i supports MIG/MAG, Stick and TIG welding with up to 500 amps of output. MIG/MAG and Stick output can be set from 16–500 amps, while TIG output ranges from 5–500 amps.

At 60% duty cycle, the machine delivers 500 amps at 39 volts for MIG/MAG, 500 amps at 40 volts for Stick and 500 amps at 30 volts for TIG. At 100% duty cycle, it provides 400 amps at 34 volts for MIG/MAG, 400 amps at 36 volts for Stick and 400 amps at 26 volts for TIG.

The Warrior platform is designed for demanding indoor and outdoor environments with an IP23 enclosure, glove-friendly controls and high-duty-cycle performance. The 500i has an 89% efficiency rating at maximum current, a 0.91 power factor and a 30-watt energy-save mode.
