The Lincoln Electric LN-25 PRO Dual Power is a portable industrial semiautomatic wire feeder designed for MIG and flux-cored welding in construction, shipbuilding, rental fleets, pipe work and metal fabrication. Stock number K2614-6 can operate as an across-the-arc voltage-sensing feeder or through a 14-pin control cable.

The feeder accepts 15–110 VDC when operated across the arc or 24–42 VAC when powered through the control cable. It is rated for a 450 amp welding circuit at 60% duty cycle and provides a wire-feed-speed range of 50–700 IPM.

Wire capacity is .023–1/16 in. for solid wire, .030–5/64 in. for cored wire and .035–1/16 in. for aluminum wire. The MAXTRAC wire drive system uses a heavy-duty cast-aluminum drive assembly, while tachometer feedback helps maintain accurate wire-feed speed.

Operator features include digital wire-feed-speed/amperage and voltage displays, a trigger interlock switch, gas purge control, flow-meter valve and remote voltage control when used through the appropriate control connection. Potted PC boards help protect electronics from moisture and corrosion, and the flame-resistant case is replaceable.

The K2614-6 base model includes an internal contactor, gas solenoid, flow meter, 15 ft. arc-sensing lead and clip, and two gun bushings. Welding gun, drive-roll kit, control cable and weld power cables are selected separately for the application.
