The Miller Syncrowave 212 is an AC/DC TIG, pulsed DC TIG and Stick welding system designed for custom fabrication, job shops, motorsports, maintenance and repair, light manufacturing and welders developing their TIG skills. The 907911 configuration is the air-cooled ready-to-weld package with a wired RFCS-14 HD foot control.

The Syncrowave 212 operates from 120V or 240V single-phase input power and provides up to 210 amps of AC/DC TIG output, up to 160 amps of Stick output and up to 175 amps of MIG output when equipped with the optional Spoolmate 150 spool gun.

Its 4.3-inch LCD interface works with Auto-Set to guide operators through process, material, thickness, joint type and tungsten selections. Pro-Set provides recommended starting points in manual TIG and Stick modes, while adjustable AC balance and AC frequency provide additional control for aluminum TIG welding. Pulsed DC TIG, DIG control and Adaptive Hot Start are also included.

The machine includes a dedicated Spoolmate 150 receptacle, integrated cable storage and an EZ-Access consumables compartment. A dedicated cooler receptacle supports the optional Coolmate 1S if the system is later converted to a water-cooled TIG configuration.
