RADNOR™ 45A Plasma Cutter – 120/240V with 20' Handheld Torch

The RADNOR™ 45A Plasma Cutter is a dual-voltage portable plasma cutting system designed for manual cutting, expanded-metal cutting, gouging and marking. The system operates from 120V or 230/240V single-phase input power and is CNC-ready for integration with an external cutting table or robot.

On 230/240V input, output is adjustable from 10 to 45 amps with a 50% duty cycle at full 45A output. On 120V input, output is adjustable from 10 to 25 amps with a 40% duty cycle at 25A.

The system is rated for a recommended 5/8-inch cutting capacity, up to 1-inch maximum cutting capacity and up to 1-3/16-inch maximum severance.

The 45A system uses compressed air or nitrogen for cutting conductive materials including mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Argon may be used for plasma marking with the appropriate marking consumables.

The RAD64000050 package includes the RADNOR 45A power source, 20-foot handheld torch, work lead and clamp, 230/240V-to-110/120V adapter plug, starter kit and operating instructions.
