The Miller Millermatic 252 is a professional MIG and flux-cored welding system built for fabrication, maintenance, repair, farm, home and light industrial applications.

This 208/240V single-phase model delivers a 30–300 amp output range and is rated at 200 amps at 24 VDC with a 60% duty cycle, or 250 amps at 26.5 VDC with a 40% duty cycle.

The Millermatic 252 combines a heavy-duty aluminum two-drive-roll wire feed system with digital voltage and wire-speed controls, allowing operators to preset parameters before welding. Integrated timers provide adjustable preflow, postflow, burnback, spot and stitch settings.

Auto-Gun Detect automatically recognizes the active MIG, spool or push-pull gun and recalls its voltage, wire feed speed and timer settings. For aluminum work, optional Spoolmate, Spoolmatic and XR push-pull guns connect directly without requiring an additional control module.

The machine also includes Fan-On-Demand cooling, line-voltage compensation, Active Arc Stabilizer and an EZ-Access consumable compartment with parameter chart and storage.

The standard 907321 package includes a 15 ft. MDX-250 MIG gun, work cable and clamp, industrial power cord with plug, regulator and gas hose, factory-installed running gear and cylinder rack, reversible drive rolls and extra contact tips.
